Lavender, leaf and slate glasses: the workshop's wild cards

Occhiali CREO in steli di lavanda indossati a Positano

At CREO a frame can become a blank canvas. It is the part of the craft I love most: someone walks into the shop with a strange idea, and I cannot say no.

Lavender

Real stems, aligned one by one and sealed in resin on the front. Elegant and delicate, and every now and then someone swears they can still smell them. They are among the most photographed glasses of the workshop.

Leaves

The Leaf Collection was born this way: leaves gathered, dried and locked in resin. No two are alike, so no two pairs are alike. Wearing a real leaf has its own kind of magic.

Stone

Slate surfaces that seem impossible for a pair of glasses, and yet they become thin, matte fronts, cool to the touch. The 351 in slate stone is one of my absolute favorites.

And more

Cocoa beans in the front (yes, you could smell them), hay, cork, denim, glitter lenses, pure gold leaf applied by hand. Some experiments remain one offs, others join the collection: you will find them in Ceramic and stone and among the models online.

Got an idea you have never seen on a frame? That is exactly my kind of challenge: tell me about it and we will build it together.
